Members
- Authorized unit leaders may add new members. Members may be added without being allowed to login. If a member is allowed to login, they will receive an email with a link to set up their password. Passwords are stored using a one-way encryption process to help prevent theft.
- Once added a member is always part of a unit. Members may be marked as archived which allows them to still login but they do not appear on the roster. Members may also be marked as deleted which prevents them from accessing the unit.
- All unit members may view contact phone numbers and have the ability to email any unit member via the website. Authorized unit members may view and edit detailed member information.
- The roster may be exported to Excel and Word formats for use in printing mailing labels or a printed reference.
- Print individual profile report (pdf) showing leadership positions, ranks, merit badges, and camping history.
- Moderated email groups allow you to send email to entire unit or create custom groups (ie PLC, Committee, etc). Emails must be approved by unit/group moderator prior to being broadcast.
Advancement
- Full support for Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venture ranks.
- Track Cub Scout Activity Badges and Boy Scout Merit Badges.
- Track leadership positions. Export current unit leadership as pdf or excel.
- Print advancement report (pdf) which reflects all earned but not awarded items.
Events
- Add detailed information about each event. Unit members can go online and review trip details at any time.
- Optionally allow online registration with payment processing.
- Track event attendance including nights camped, miles hiked, miles biked, miles floated, service hours performed, and the trip cost and amount paid.
- Print year end camping summary (pdf).
